Who we are
Owned and operated by John Walters, Indulge Catering has been creating and serving great food for Christchurch corporate and private events since 2009. John is supported by a friendly team of culinary professionals who share a passion for putting the ‘wow’ into social occasions.
Although born and raised in Christchurch, John launched his food career in the United Kingdom. When he returned to New Zealand in 2009 he slotted into the café scene and then purchased an existing company known as ‘Dial a Chef’, which was rebranded to Indulge Catering – a name chosen to reflect a new direction for the business.
Indulge Catering soon began to get noticed around Christchurch, and over the years has built a reputation for interesting, delicious food and drink that’s competitively priced. A willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty has given John and his team an edge in the catering market.
The team at Indulge Catering focus on using the highest quality ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, then apply their considerable culinary skills to deliver delectable edibles that are exactly right for the style of your function.
